Customer Satisfaction Survey

The tour had an auspicious start with the Spaniel losing his phone, and the chairman losing his jacket then discovering that he had brought his wife's skis on tour instead of his own. Place your stories and photos here...

...and is Dusty about to heave - or is he singing the chorus of Edelweiss?

The Spaniel's tour took an immediate upturn when attempts to locate his phone on the just departed bus lead to a conspicuously nearby ringing in his jacket...the one he was wearing and had failed to check. To celebrate he immediately lost his goggles instead.

Spaniel had already showed great promise by mixing up his baggage with that of a German girl at Friedrichshafen airport. He realised his mistake when he couldn't find any ladies underwear in the bag.

I am now a regular on Papillon Tours. Year after year I never fail to be satisfied by the organisation, value for money and the Krazy Kanguruh bar. More importantly Papillon Tours is an equal opportunities tour operator. Regardless of colour, sex, disabilities or religion you will be made very welcome. As long as you are white, middle-aged and are prepared to hang your head low for the Jurgeimeister girl you can be a star on Papillon Tours. This year we had minorities from Wales and Scotland, a couple of ageing boarders, a cross-dresser and, rumuor has it, a homosexual.
My favourite moment this year has to be the constraint and diplomacy showed by Andy Hall as he was verbally abused by a beautiful German babe after a bad collision. Like the true gentleman he is he handed her back her head band and apologised through gritted teeth as we knew he really wanted to say "stop whingeing you f****** german twat it was a 50/40 ball"

Best irony for me was Roger complaining to the hotel owner about the noise from the restauruant on the same evening that the tour party had driven away from same restuarant all the other customers from an earlier sitting due to outrageous and very loud singing. Dusty, you were there, you just won't remember it.
